Wintec is part of Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology. Our international scope of delivery includes offshore delivery through extensive partner networks, research and training and specialist consultancy and development services, focused on Technical and Vocational Education and Training, primarily in our Asia Pacific region. International partnerships are prioritised that lead to sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes and embed capabilities and capacities that serve local contexts.
