Construcciones Rubau S.A. (Bolivia)

In October 2014 the branch of the company Construcciones Rubau S.A. was established in La Paz (Bolivia) under the name Construcciones Rubau S.A., Sucursal Bolivia.

Our trajectory in the country began immediately after being hired for the development of the Torres del Poeta Condominium project, a construction that includes four blocks, three of houses, one for offices, a shopping center and eight parking floors with a total of 120,000 m2 Of vertical construction. The expected date of delivery of this work is June 2017.

In September 2015, construction began on the road between Puente Taperas and La Palizada, which has an execution period of 38 months. The project is located in the central region of the country in the departments of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz. It has a length of approximately 40 km, from Puente Taperas to La Palizada, and follows the existing dirt road between both points, improving the layout both in plan and elevation.

But expectations for the implementation of GRUPO RUBAU in Bolivia were not fulfilled until the end of 2015, with the award of the works of the new building of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly of Bolivia, an emblematic project in line with the country's change process.
