Michael has spent the past twenty years working with industrial manufacturing and distribution, heavy engineering and renewable energy businesses, undertaking general management and strategic marketing roles. Michael's experience incorporates senior roles with large organisations including Smorgon and BlueScope Steel, and working in business development and planning positions with Keppel Prince, SMEs and Government bodies.

Michael has a passion for sustainability and building high performing business teams, along with a strong belief in the broader benefits available to the organisation when there is a focus on the 'triple bottom line'. Having a strong background in industrial marketing, Michael has experienced first hand the internal employee brand and external stakeholder brand benefits which can be achieved through an insatiable drive towards business improvement and sustainable business practices.
