AZHAR in local language tamasheq is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that helps to secure the livelihoods of vulnerable groups with a view to improving their working and living conditions by relying on the local dynamics triggered by the beneficiaries themselves. The quality of development NGOs was given to him by the framework agreement N ° 0135/01633 / MATCL of 28 January 2008.

A non-profit association, "AZHAR-KIDAL" has statutes and is governed by a Board of Directors of ten (10) members. Its programs are developed and implemented by a technical staff of four (4) members, in collaboration with the populations concerned
