CCCC Water Transportation Consultants Co., Ltd (Formerly known as China Communications Planning & Design Institute for Water Transportation) was established in 1951. As the industry forerunner, it was the very first institution in the field of waterway transportation survey, planning and design after the PR China was founded.

PDI is the professional provider in designing, planning and consulting. Our focuses are on a wide range of sectors including Port & Waterway Engineering, Planning & Consultancy, Information Engineering, Architecture, Railway Engineering, EPC & Management, Project Supervision, Geotechnical Engineering, Overseas Business and Investment & Financing. The projects have been concentrated along national coastlines and inland waterways. The international business has been stably developing and the projects now geographically cover more than 60 countries from Asia to Africa and from American to Europe.

The company has gained more than 50 top industrial qualifications & certifications on a variety of field. We also have contributed to the development of more than 90 industrial technical criteria, and issued Port & Waterway Engineering as well as other marine academic or industrial journals.
