The objectives are to support the Government to strengthen: (a) the policy framework, systems and capacities at the national level and in 8 selected states to deliver quality ICDS services, especially in nutritional outcomes; and (b) the policy/institutional framework and state level stewardship for multi-sectoral nutrition planning and implementation.
