The PROARES III program will seek to strengthen and expand the capacity of municipalities in the State of Ceará in implementing policies under the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) of Brazil, consolidating the achievements of the previous two phases of this program. Status: Approved by the Board on 17 December 2014. Estimated total cost: US$ 71 million. Loan amount: US$ 50 million. Executing agency: Estado de Ceara.
