The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out technical discussion to support the development of the 2024 World Hand Hygiene Day (WHHD) campaign; to provide written expert technical input for, the development of two additional levels of the interactive game-based learning tool on hand hygiene and its mobile version; and provide technical input for updating of two existing IPC core component implementation manuals.
