Professional Financial and Administrative Management Services for a USAID Implementing Partner

The United States Government, represented by the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Indonesia, intends to issue a solicitation to qualified local organizations on a Firm Fixed Price basis (FFP) for financial and administrative support services for a local implementing partner. Proposals will not be accepted from non-Indonesian organizations. The solicitation will be available on or about September 6, 2013.

The purpose of this contract is to solicit local Indonesian financial organizations to strengthen and build sustainability and capacity of a local partner which provides educational and training services.

In accordance to FAR Part 5.102(d), availability of the solicitation is limited to this electronic medium only. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. We will not directly respond to inquiries regarding this synopsis but may consider them in preparation of the RFP.

Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted to SOL-497-13-000008@usaid.gov. Answers will be posted as an amendment to the RFP.

This request in no way obligates USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of your proposal.
