This section describes work that will be required under this contract.
Contractor will conduct monthly waste-water sampling in according to EPA
standards and provide results reporting to the Center and EPA Central Data
Exchange (CDX) via the NDMR_KY (NetDMR) Kentucky DEP reporting system
Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located at 6969 Tarr Ridge
Road, Frenchburg, Kentucky 40322 in Menifee County in accordance with the
statement of work.
Contractor is responsible for possessing and maintaining the appropriate State of Kentucky and
Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) license/certification/permit for operational
testing and reporting of Waste Water and chemical analysis.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to
successfully complete all waste water testing shown in the Schedule of Items.
