The UDSA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is preparing to issue a solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for a Wetlands Reserve Enhancement (WRE) repair project that consists of wetland restoration and repair of shallow water area dikes and associated features, including clearing, seeding, installing rock stabilizing spillways and installing erosion prevention measures within existing shallow water areas in Crittenden County, Kentucky.
CONTRACT INFORMATION:
Total Small Business Set-Aside
Place of Performance: Crittenden, Kentucky.
Magnitude of Construction: Between $25,000 and $100,000
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and 36 apply. A bid bond is not required and there will be no formal bid opening. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicitated and the anticipated solicitation issue date is on or around June 3, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive offeror.
To be eligible for contract award, interested contractors must be registered as Active and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. No state level certifications will be accepted.
A formal site showing will be held and the specific details on date, time, meeting time and place will be made available with the solicitation package.
