The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire have entered into an Agreement to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Côte d’Ivoire in the amount of approximately


536 740,000 USD.

The Government has designated the Millennium Challenge Account - Côte d’Ivoire to implement the Government’s responsibilities under the Agreement and intends to apply part of the funds to payments for contracts for Goods and Services.

I- The procurement program for the 12 months period from April 2024 to March 2025 will include the following:

Procurement of Goods to include

1. MCA-CI/GOODS/CB/375- Supply and installation of photovoltaic power supply system in local colleges in the GBEKE and SAN-PEDRO regions.

Procurement of Services to include

1. MCA-CI/CONSULT/QCBS/377- Recruitment of a Firm for the Data Quality Review (DQR) of the Compact and for training of implementing agencies in M&E and economic analysis.

2. MCA-CI/CONSULT/QCBS/378- Recruitment of a Firm to carry out data collection as part of the independent evaluation of the Skills ETFP activity project.

3. MCA-CI/CONSULT/QCBS/379- Recruitment of a Firm to carry out data collection as part of the independent evaluation of the ATP project.

4. MCA-CI/CONSULT/ICS/380- Recruitment of a pool of Support Consultants in Monitoring-Evaluation and Economic Analysis.

Procurement of Works to include

1. MCA-CI/WORKS/DC/376- Design and implementation of the construction work of the ETFP center: Lot 3: BTD & CITA Center.

Updated GPNs shall be published as new procurements are added.

Contracts for Goods, Works and Services financed under the program will be implemented according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the MCC Procurement Policy and Guidelines (PPG) which can be accessed on www.mcc.gov/ppg . The Procurement is open to all offerors from eligible source countries as defined in the MCC PPG.

Le gouvernement des Etats Unis d’Amérique à travers le Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), et le gouvernement de la République de la Côte d'Ivoire ont conclu un accord visant à faciliter la réduction de la pauvreté grâce à la croissance économique en Côte d'Ivoire, pour un montant d’environ 536 740 000 USD.

MCA-Côte d’Ivoire est l’entité responsable de la mise en œuvre du programme Compact, et à l'intention d’utiliser une partie de ces fonds pour les paiements des contrats de biens, travaux et services.
