Task title: Organizing a summer school with high school students to promote professions in the educational field
The Moldovan Higher Education Project (PÎSM) is a project financed by the World Bank to be implemented between May 2020 and December 2025.
As part of the implementation of the Higher Education Project in Moldova, financed by the World Bank, the State University obtained the sub-project "Valorization of the consolidated school-university partnership "Educational Cluster" in the training of teaching staff" and respectively signed the financing contract with the Ministry of Education and Research and intends to apply part of the sources for consulting services.
Through this sub-project, the State University of Moldova proposes the development of an efficient system of pedagogical education through the methodology focused on a consolidated partnership with the school (Educational cluster/Education cluster) , by using the model: from practice to theory, which opens new perspectives in a professional sense.
Thus, the configuration of a new teacher training model by strengthening the efforts of representatives of the general education system and the higher education system by creating the Educational Cluster within the USM premises, which will resize and strengthen the efforts of key actors in teacher training by using the model: from practice in theory by creating a multipurpose center "Education Cluster" will integrate in a common space several educational environments as follows: 4 multifunctional rooms; 3 laboratories; 1 professional development center in education; 1 co-working space.
The creation of the educational hub will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative increase in the performance of students from the Education Field and the improvement of employment in the labor field.
The consulting services include the organization of a summer school, with about 50 students from high school classes, during 6 days, based on a program consisting of activities to promote the professions in the educational field.

The State University of Moldova invites eligible companies/firms (Consultants) to express their interest in providing consulting services that include the organization of a summer school, with about 50 students from high school classes, during 6 days, based on a program established from activities to promote professions in the educational field; ensuring the logistical conditions necessary for the operation of the summer school.
Interested consultants will submit information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

Key experts will not be assessed at the Shortlisting stage.
The attention of interested consultants is drawn to section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the July 2016 Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, as revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (the Procurement Regulations), which sets out the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
Consultants may associate with other companies to enhance their qualifications, but should clearly indicate whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy contract. In the case of an association, all partners in the association will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
The consulting company will be selected in accordance with the selection method - "Selection based on the qualifications of the consultants", provided in the Procurement Regulation.
