Invitation for tender – Energy efficiency renovation of Sakdrioni school and Nardevani school in Tsalka municipality

This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which has been published on Nefco’s procurement section on 27 March 2024.

Municipal Development Fund of Georgia hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from Nefco towards the cost of Public Schools in Remote Mountainous Areas in Georgia.

The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from
part of the proceeds of the financing:

Development of detail design documentation and implementation of works on strengthening structural integrity, improvement of thermal performance of building envelope and energy efficient renovation of building systems in Sakdrioni School in Tsalka Municipality
Development of detail design documentation and implementation of works on strengthening structural integrity, improvement of thermal performance of building envelope and energy efficient renovation of building systems in Nardevani School in Tsalka Municipality
