Description

The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies/consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct the Evaluation of the International Convention against Doping in Sport where UNESCO’s holds the Executive Secretariat. The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between October 2024 - April 2025. It is mandatory that none of the members of the evaluation team have been previously involved in the implementation of the activities under review. The evaluation assignment is estimated to require approximately 60 - 70 professional working days (to be distributed among the evaluation team) including 2-3 missions on the field and UNESCO’s HQ. The selected company/organization is expected to submit the following deliverables: An inception report, A draft evaluation report, A validation workshop, A final evaluation report, Communication outputs as detailed in the Terms of References.
