Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to recruit an international firm to provide and configure an existing electronic management tool for correspondence and documents (Electronic Document Management and Messaging System) according to the needs of Madagascar's General Directorate of Customs. This tool aims to streamline workflows, manage electronic correspondence, user requests, and document archiving, enhancing both performance management and access via internet and intranet portals. Additionally, it seeks to transfer all exclusive operation rights of the software or application to the administration. The intended outcome is to enable efficient work collaboration, ensure document security, and support the digitization of customs documentation within the framework of a 10-month project.
