Eligibility criteria: To qualify for this consultancy, bidders must demonstrate a deep understanding of modern UX design, secure data management, and cloud infrastructure. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in developing information technology solutions, digital platforms, and mobile applications is required. Bidder must provide a portfolio showcasing innovative technological solutions developed within the past 5 years, including at least 3 assignments. Required skills include expertise in creating multi-user environments with robust security, scalability, advanced analytics, as well as a strong understanding of routine dataset maintenance, recovery, and failover. The proposed team should have a background in software development or information technology and demonstrate the capability for innovative technology solutions that ensure long-term platform sustainability post-development. Proposals are limited to 10 pages, excluding annexures, and must include a timeline for key deliverables, itemized budget covering fees and expenses, and descriptions of team experience and past work similar to the project scope. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline.
