Banco Apoyo Integral S.A, entidad financiera de nacionalidad salvadoreña, con domicilio social en Alameda Roosevelt y 47 Avenida Sur, Colonia Flor Blanca, San Salvador, El Salvador,necesita encontrar un/una profesional independiente para participar en un proyecto enmarcado en el programa Triple Bottom Line Inclusive Finance in Latin America. Promoting Climate Smart Finance & Better Access o, abreviadamente, “Triple Inclusive Finance” (en adelante «TIF» o el «Programa» indistintamente), financiado con una contribución de la Unión Europea formalizada entre COFIDES y la Comisión Europea y Banco Apoyo Integral S.A.
ACUERDO DE ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA
El diecinueve de septiembre de 2024, se realiza la firma de acuerdo de asistencia técnica con COFIDES con el objetivo de apoyar a Banco Apoyo Integral con la implementación de modelo de Sistema de Administración de Riesgos Socioambientales
(SARAS), como parte del compromiso de la institución con el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad. Con ello, se espera minimizar los riesgos ambientales en el otorgamiento y la cartera de créditos, apoyar y educar a sus clientes en temas de medio ambiente y promover un adecuado uso de los recursos.
OBJETO DE LA CONSULTORÍA.
Diseñar y operativizar un modelo de Sistema de Administración de Riesgos Socioambientales (SARAS) efectivo para la institución, con el fin de identificar, evaluar y gestionar los riesgos socioambientales asociados a su portafolio, promoviendo así la sostenibilidad y el cumplimiento de estándares éticos y el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. El valor máximo estimado de esta contratación en concepto de honorarios profesionales es de Veinte mil dólares ($20,000.00) impuestos no incluidos, por lo que cualquier oferta que supere dicho importe se entenderá no apta y será descalificada del proceso.
El proceso comienza con el envío a los candidatos de la presente invitación y se podrán presentar ofertas hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2024.
