Consultancy Services to support the Review of the GCF’s Independent Technical Advisory Panel

Eligibility criteria: The consultancy firm must demonstrate experience in evaluating governing bodies and accountability mechanisms of international or financial organizations. Familiarity with climate change projects, development finance institution processes, and blended finance investments is preferred. The firm should exhibit excellence in planning, communication, and sustainability practices. Personnel requirements include a Lead Expert or Team Leader with at least 15 years in development program evaluation and project team members with at least 10 years of expertise in related fields, with advanced degrees and strong command of English. The firm should ensure inclusive stakeholder engagement and uphold sustainability measures in conducting the review.
