Supplier to provide technical support to strengthen capacities of Women living with HIV (WLHIV) and LGBTQI networks and service providers to address GBV, stigma and discrimination against WLHIV, LGTBQI and improve HIV prevention and care services for these groups

Objectives: To strengthen the capacities of women living with HIV (WLHIV) and LGBTQI networks, and service providers to address gender-based violence (GBV), stigma, and discrimination against WLHIV and LGBTQI individuals, as well as to improve HIV prevention and care services for these groups. The specific objectives include enhancing the knowledge and skills of Vietnam Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (VNP+) network members and other stakeholders on gender and HIV/AIDS and GBV services, contributing to the reduction of HIV transmission, addressing stigma and discrimination, empowering WLHIV with access to opportunities, and fostering collaboration among community networks and stakeholders.
