USPSC Senior Security Sector Advisor

Objectives: USAID is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position of Justice, Rights, and Security (JRS) Senior Security Sector Advisor. The role is at the GS-14 equivalent level within USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). The Advisor provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in security sector governance programming, contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of USAID's global programs. The position involves representing the portfolio in various forums, conducting research and thought leadership, and strengthening USAID's capacity in security sector governance.
