Quick summary

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to procure an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) offices at the 25th floor of the IBS Building in Songdo. The UPS is intended to serve as a contingency plan to provide emergency power to connected equipment during power outages or voltage fluctuations. This will help mitigate data loss or hardware damage caused by potential power blackouts, offering surge protection to sustain network, backend equipment, and A/V teleconferencing devices in the building which hosts Board Meetings and other events.
Eligibility criteria: Bidders must submit proposals via the GCF Supplier Portal or official email, complying with all terms and conditions set out in the RFQ, including requirements in the Instructions to Bidders. Proposals must meet technical requirements such as purchasing an Easy UPS 3S 20kVA 400V 3:3 UPS or a similar model with built-in internal batteries and main input/output voltages of 400V, with a minimum runtime of 20 minutes. Warranty must last a minimum of 3 years, ideally 5 years, covering assembly, start-up, and start-up service 5X8 for the UPS. Installation involves supplying, installing, testing, commissioning, and connecting equipment in collaboration with the GCF IT department at the specified location (25thF, IBS building, Incheon, Republic of Korea). The UPS should be delivered and installed by February 7, 2025, subject to availability and other prevailing conditions. Communication and submission deviation may lead to disqualification. Bidders need to ensure full compliance with the RFQ's terms and form part of any awarded contract, accepting them without restriction and waiving any personal sale conditions.
