CFT-1773 - IT Consultancy Services for Project Management, Business Analysis and Testing (Arrow)

Objectives: The objective of this Call for Tenders is to award a Framework Agreement to up to seven (7) successful tenderers for the provision of IT consultancy services in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Testing Services for the EIB Group. The Services include various fields such as finance and risk management, portal and web services, corporate services and productivity tools, and content management. These services are required for both on-site and off-site execution, with a focus on integration, development, compliance, and improvement according to set Service Level Agreements and EIB standards.
