- BedeleWoreda Office of Agriculture has secured a Fund from the FSRP(Food System Resilience Program) for the Construction of theLugo Small Scale Irrigation Project listed below that is located inGemaGemedaKebelein BunoBedele Zone in Oromia National Regional State.
- Accordingly, the Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution and completion of the following project:

- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the BedeleWoreda Finance Office within working hours of the submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr only) for one project. The Method of Payment will be in cash only.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Woreda Office of Agriculture, FSRP’s Expert located on the 2nd Floor during Working date and hours 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M. on December 30, 2024 G.C, and must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 250,000.00 (Two hundred Fifty Thousand ETB) in the form of a (CPO) or an Unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee only. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend the Woreda Office’s Finance on 30 December 2024 G.C. at 10:30 AM
- Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid closing
- The BedeleWoreda Agriculture and Natural Resource office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
