Objectives: The main objective of the project is to establish sustainable protection and empowerment for Cambodia’s local and disadvantaged communities in managing their GRTKTCE. By supporting the Ministry of Commerce’s Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) and relevant ministries in developing and implementing a GRTKTCE Roadmap, the project aligns with RCEP implementation priorities. The roadmap will address Cambodia’s specific challenges and given opportunity related to biodiversity, cultural heritage, and GRTKTCE while enhancing national and community-level engagement.
