IC Expert to implement changes on Public Procurement Portal

Objectives: To provide technical advice and implementation support to the Public Procurement Office and EU Public Finance Management Facility in the field of electronic public procurement. To enhance the Public Procurement Portal by developing and implementing new functionalities and tasks related to the implementation of new features on the portal. This includes improving tools to increase competition in public procurement processes, implementing enhancements for e-Submission and e-Communication, and upgrading the mobile application to ensure support for future versions of mobile operating systems.
