Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to procure two National Consultants who will conduct the Final Evaluation of the 'Building Sustainable and Inclusive Peace, Strengthening Trust and Social Cohesion in Moldova' Project. This initiative is designed to reinforce cross-river engagement, promote social cohesion, and ensure sustainable peace through human rights advocacy, enhancing gender equality, and facilitating access to social services for both banks. The evaluation will assess project outcomes, sustainability, and adherence to human rights, gender equality, and peace-building standards across Moldova.
