Consultant - Review of Unified Conditions of Service for UN Volunteers

Objectives: This tender seeks a consultant to review and provide recommendations on the Unified Conditions of Service for UN Volunteers. The objectives include analyzing UN Volunteer categories related entitlements to ensure coherence; developing category entitlement scales based on ICSC reference points; defining accommodation supplement and calculation methodology; recommending UNV part-time categories with benefits and entitlements; reviewing legality of a Host entity allowance; defining an emergency lump sum; recommending pay options for online volunteers; and reviewing packages for Event and Remote Volunteers.
