Maintenance of Chancery Pond

Objectives: The U.S. Embassy London requires maintenance and algae control services for a pond at its location. The contract is for a base year with two option years. The services aim to stop algae growth in the pond and on surrounding stonework using natural products to avoid harm to wildlife and vegetation. Additionally, there will be water testing, algae removal, and treatment adjustments based upon test results. A total of six treatments per year at two-month intervals are required, with the entire algae expected to be eliminated within two months of treatment application.
