Development and Testing of a Regional Counter-proliferation Support Platform for South East Europe - Expro+

Objectives: Customize innovative data collection capabilities including satellite EO derived information, IoT sensor networks, mobile network data, transponder information and social/commercial media information to provide enhanced information on the movement of materials, technologies, components and systems related to proliferation actions. Develop methodologies to integrate these new information layers with conventional data collection and analysis to detect anomalies and suspicious activities. Embed these methodologies in operational decision support systems and verify their effectiveness.
