Exemplars in Climate-Resilient Health Systems

Objectives: The World Bank seeks a firm to lead a global, mixed-methods positive deviance study on climate resilience in health systems. The study aims to identify and study 'exemplar' geographies, working to build an evidence-base of interventions and strategies that contribute to climate resilience by studying positive outliers that have invested to adapt to climate change. The firm will quantitatively identify health systems in geographies that are positive outliers and carry out in-country research in at least six exemplar geographies to understand what makes them resilient.
