Consultancy Services for Streamlining and Coherence Review of GCF’s Policy Suite

Eligibility criteria: The firm must possess the following minimum qualifications and requirements: 1. At least 10 years of experience working with international climate finance institutions, with at least 5 years specifically with GCF. 2. A proven track record in large-scale policy analysis, design, coherence reviews, and institutional evaluations. 3. Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey analysis and structured interviews. 4. Demonstrated understanding of GCF's challenges and opportunities. 5. A commitment to diversity and inclusion, assembling a team reflecting diverse experiences. Proposed Methodology, Team Structure, and Implementation Plan, including a good understanding of the Terms of Reference challenges and opportunities, logical methodologies and organization for carrying out the assignment, detailing tasks, activities, timelines, and team members' roles. It is also required that the team leader/project manager has minimum of 15 years of experience in policy analysis and project management in multilateral settings, supported by policy analysts with expertise in climate finance and research specialists skilled in qualitative research methods.
