Mid-term Review of the Kiribati Trade Policy Framework and Implementation Plan

Objectives: The Republic of Kiribati, part of the Pacific Small Island Developing States, aims to conduct a Mid-Term Review of its Trade Policy Framework and Implementation Plan. This review seeks to ensure the continued alignment of the framework with Kiribati's 20 Year Vision for economic growth and sustainable development. Through a series of consultations and training sessions, the revised framework will reflect Kiribati’s trade priorities and include an updated implementation matrix, with a focus on fostering industrialization and integration into global and regional value chains.
