Nigeria Digital Identification for Development Project: Procurement of Learning Management Solution for enrolment

Objectives: The main objective of the tender is to procure and customize a comprehensive Learning Management Solution (LMS) for the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development Project. This LMS will effectively train and certify enrolment Front-End Partners (FEPs) and their enrolment agents for onboarding to the device management system. It also serves as a repository for NIMC-ID4D developed documents for public learning and access, ensuring all LMS training modules are based on the Lookup Allocation Framework (LAF) guidelines, providing essential criteria for certifying FEPs and their agents.
