Technical secretariat for the High Level Construction Forum

Objectives: The European Commission, DG GROW, aims to contract a technical secretariat for the High-Level Construction Forum (HLCF) to support the ongoing implementation and growth of the Transition Pathway for the Construction ecosystem. This contract will extend the secretariat's role in maintaining constructive dialogue between the Commission and the construction industry, including 1,200 stakeholders, allowing for collaborative co-design and dissemination of policies. The effort is crucial given the ecosystem's size and impact on diverse EU policies like climate adaptation and digitalization. The initiative will cover four years with a total planned budget of EUR 800,000.
