International Consultancy: Gender analysis of the National Cash Transfer Programme in OPT

Objectives: The consultancy assignment aims to conduct a thorough gender analysis of the National Cash Transfer Programme (NCTP) in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT). The focus is to evaluate how gender-sensitive and gender-responsive the program's design and implementation are, identify gaps and opportunities for integrating gender considerations, and provide tailored recommendations to strengthen the NCTP with respect to gender equity and empowerment. This analysis will cover the current design, targeting methodologies, delivery mechanisms, and implementation framework of the NCTP, assessing its ability to address gender-specific needs and vulnerabilities.
