Consultant for Method validation: Qualitative testing of explosives

Objectives: The project aims at improving the crime scene investigation and laboratory forensic capacities of the Police Directorate of Montenegro to enhance their ability to provide forensic evidence and intelligence necessary for investigating and processing cases related to firearms trafficking, explosives, and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). It focuses on delivering specialized training, supporting international peer-exchanges, procuring equipment, and standardizing work processes to comply with European Network of Forensic Science Institutes (ENFSI) policy and ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020 standards. The project's objectives include diversifying CSI and forensic practices, modernizing forensic tools, and improving safety and anti-contamination procedures, aiming for sustainability and international cooperation.
