Development of Resilient Recovery and Reconstruction Plans for Fishing Communities Through Community Participation

Objectives: The main objective of the tender is to develop a comprehensive, long-term community reconstruction plan to achieve climate resilience in Barbados' fishing communities through participatory engagement with community stakeholders. This involves identifying lessons and good practices relevant to future climate-resilient, sustainable Blue Economic public policy implementation. It focuses not only on reconstructing physical infrastructure but also on re-establishing a sustainable, climate-resilient community value chain that includes economic, social, environmental, cultural, and traditional skills aspects.
