Objectives: The project focuses on constructing a new administration building and rehabilitating existing facilities at Shoubak Plant Nursery. It involves technical specifications for various construction processes such as excavation, concrete works, masonry, plastering, tiling, carpentry, PVC, aluminum works, painting, waterproofing, and electrical and mechanical services. Al-Raed Al-Arabi Architects & Consulting Engineers is the consulting firm responsible for overseeing the project. The project aims to enhance the infrastructure of the nursery, ensuring that all works meet relevant standards and specifications for quality and durability, within the stipulated guidelines.
