Consultant to Develop Pathways in Gender Plan Action in NBSAP

Objectives: The objective of this consultancy is to develop pathways for integrating the Gender Plan of Action (GPA) into Cambodia's National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP). This initiative aims to ensure inclusive and effective biodiversity conservation by integrating gender considerations into the strategy, enhancing the participation and benefits for both women and men, including marginalized groups, in biodiversity efforts. The consultancy involves analyzing Cambodia's policies regarding gender and biodiversity, identifying gaps, and developing action plans within the framework of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework targets.
