Objectives: The prime objective of this mission is to integrate gender considerations across all phases of the multi-hazard early warning system in Côte d'Ivoire. The consultancy will entail conducting a gender evaluation aligned with processes of the African Development Bank (ADB), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the Green Climate Fund (GCF). It requires the development of a gender action plan and the establishment of a complaint management mechanism that aligns with stakeholder engagement plans. This effort aims to enhance inclusivity and effectiveness of the early warning and resilience systems addressing various societal needs.
