Objectives: The objective of this tender is to establish an inter-institutional framework contract to manage documents and archives for the European Union institutions. The services include comprehensive management of documents and archives, both paper and electronic, from creation to destruction or archiving, including consultation and study services. The framework contract spans four years, and covers tasks such as registration, sorting, evaluation, classification, description, packaging, digitization, preservation, and additional services such as consultancy and auditing, with execution in EU member states.
