Consultant(e) National (e) pour Formulation d'un Document Proj de Digitalisation

Objectives: The tender seeks to recruit a national consultant to formulate a project document for a joint digitization program aimed at modernizing the Ivorian judicial system under the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Côte d'Ivoire. The project intends to address the current challenges of the sector by enhancing digital processes and improving service delivery. Its outcomes include establishing an institutional framework for an e-Justice system, piloting the system in prioritized institutions, particularly focusing on juvenile justice, transnational crime, and developing the capacities of stakeholders. This program aligns with the national and UN objectives of modernizing judicial services in Côte d'Ivoire.
