PR 015872 Armenia: Sisian Karajan Road - Independent Environmental and Social Consultant

Objectives: The assignment aims to verify that the Sisian-Kajaran Road Project, specifically the Southern Section financed by EBRD, is constructed and operated in compliance with established standards such as ESIA, ESMP, BAP, SEP, LARF, LARP, and ESAP. The assignment will identify any unmitigated Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety (ESHS) impacts, risks, or liabilities, and address areas where residual risks exist. It will also assist EBRD in approving revisions to project commitments and prepare monitoring reports post each monitoring event, summarizing compliance status with the ESAP, along with promoting transparency and communication with EBRD, RDF, and potentially with the public domain.
