Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Elevators for EU Convergence Center Construction

Eligibility criteria: Eligible entities for this tender must be legally established in an EU Member State or a country deemed eligible under the Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 as outlined in the annex (ecprogrammes_eligibility2014_2020_en). Consortia can include up to two members who collectively satisfy both eligibility and financial capacity criteria. Each consortium member must meet these criteria. For Lot 1, tenderers need to prove completion of three contracts related to the supply of elevator equipment in the past three years, with at least one valued over EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT). For Lot 2, similar evidence must relate to installation and commissioning of elevator systems, with one contract worth a minimum of EUR 20,000 (excluding VAT). Only comprehensive tenders submitting complete offers for any lot will be accepted; partial proposals for a portion of a lot will be rejected. All necessary documentation proving compliance with these eligibility requirements must accompany the tender submission. Additionally, goods supplied must originate from eligible countries as determined by the EU Customs Code or applicable international agreements. Tenderers acting solely as agents or brokers are specified as ineligible, emphasizing the main contractor's role in managing key project components.
