Consulting Services for Gender & Social Awareness Consultant

Objectives: The tender is for consulting services, specifically for a Gender and Social Awareness Consultant to assist the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) in preparing and implementing a gender strategy for the Water Loss Reduction Programme. The Project aims to finance water loss reduction measures with a total investment of EUR 50-70 million in the Mafraq Regional Operating Unit, northern Jordan. Key project measures include network restructuring, pipe rehabilitation, water meter replacements, digitization of network management, and operation and maintenance improvements. The consultant will ensure gender considerations are integrated into these initiatives.
