Objectives: The tender aims to recruit three national consultants specializing in project management across the regions of Basse Guinée, Haute Guinée, and Moyenne Guinée. Aligned with the International Trade Centre's mission to promote sustainable trade and enhance the export capacity of developing countries, the initiative is part of a four-year European Union-funded program to bolster the competitiveness of fast-growing 'gazelle' companies in sustainable agriculture and fisheries transformation. Expected outcomes include improved access to financing for economic operators, strengthened capacity to meet market needs, including gender, sustainability, and quality dimensions, and increased commercial opportunities in local, regional, and international markets. The program emphasizes social and environmental imperatives, contributes to sustainable development goals, and focuses on creating jobs, especially for youths and women, by accelerating economic development leveraging agricultural supply chains.
