Eligibility criteria: Eligible bidders must adhere to the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures per IDB guidelines. Participation is open to bids from IDB member countries, EU member countries, and nations permitted under EU regulations. Eligibility requires compliance with technical specifications, and bidders must have their financial statements audited for the past five years (excluding 2020). These statements should prove a liquidity ratio of at least 1, and yearly sales revenue should equal the bid value. Bidders, including consortiums, may combine their financial capacities. Additionally, they must demonstrate past contracts or purchase orders for delivering similar goods in the last five years. The tender prohibits a preference margin for eligible national contractors.
