Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Consultancy Services for Works in Pacific Island Countries

Objectives: The Long Term Agreement (LTA) aims to establish a network of multi-disciplinary infrastructure consultancy firms providing technical and strategic support services across Pacific Island Countries where UNOPS Southeast Asia and Pacific Multi Country Office operates. These LTAs seek to form strong partnerships with service providers familiar with the local context, increase access to technical expertise, and enhance capacity-building efforts. The agreement is designed to provide swift access to necessary services while supporting various infrastructure projects, climate adaptation, asset management, and construction management. The overall goal is to boost UNOPS' reputation as a leader in infrastructure implementation and advisory, while promoting knowledge sharing, capacity building, and alignment with international standards.
