Objectives: The tender seeks to procure specialized garbage collection vehicles and shredding equipment to enhance the municipal composting infrastructure in Pleven, Bulgaria. With a focus on improving recycling technology for biodegradable household waste, the project envisions the delivery of five food waste collection vehicles, four garden waste collection vehicles, and four mobile bioshredders. This is part of a broader effort to modernize municipal waste management and improve environmental performance through better collection and processing of biodegradable materials. The initiative is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
